Commodore 8050
The Commodore 8050 has a internal power supply, two diskette stations with each one read / write head and a motherboard. On the motherboard you will find RAM and ROM memory, twice a MOS 6532 RIOT (Timer, I/O) and a MOS 6502 processor. The Commodore 8050 disk drive is a smart device, reading and writing works independent of the connected computer.
