Commodore 8250 LP
The Commodore 8250 LP has a internal power supply, two diskette stations with each two read / write heads and a motherboard. On the motherboard you will find RAM and ROM memory, twice a MOS 6532 RIOT (Timer, I/O) and a MOS 6502 processor. The Commodore 8250 LP disk drive is a smart device, reading and writing works independent of the connected computer. LP = Low Profile
