drHirudo released a new game for the Commodore VIC-20. The game called AntiISDA Warrior is written entirely in assembler and can be played on a un-expanded VIC-20. The music for the game is made by Anders Carlsson and is a remix of Your Latest Trick by the Dire Straits. The game is also available for the: Amiga, Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Oric Atmos, Commodore 64, Coleco Vision, IBM-PC, Dragon 32, Game Boy, Sega Master System and the Game Boy Advanced.

Wilfred Bos released a new version of his SID player for HardSID devices. New: Support for Uno and UPlay. Auto detection of turned on/off USB devices. Added sorting on column of every grid. Emulated SID. Improvements: When performing e.g. mute/unmute, filter on/off or pause then no time gap isn't noticed anymore while playing on a USB device. Seek bar is always going smooth now and still synched with the 6510 CPU clock. Improved fast forward. HardSID.dll isn't required any more for USB devices.

TND has announced the SEUCK sideways game competition. The Shoot Em Up Construction Kit (SEUCK) from 1987 is a system to create your own, vertical scrolling, games. The limitation of only scrolling vertical was removed by Jon Wells in 2008. Now it's possible to scroll sideways with SEUCK, you can develop new type of games. jsc64 is a Commodore 64 emulator written in JavaScript by Tim de Koning. It's a port of the FC64, the Commodore 64 emulator written in Actionscript by Darron Schall and Claus Wahlers. This emulator is meant as a 'proof of concept' and uses the HTML5 Canvas-element to render the Commodore 64 screen layout. It will work on all modern browsers like Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.
